Return & Refund Policy

Every order is produced to your approved digital proof. This policy sets out when a customised order can be returned, replaced or refunded.

Customised products

Because products are personalised to your artwork, they cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind after approving the proof.
We print artwork exactly as supplied. We do not proofread submitted content, so please verify spelling, grammar and layout before approving.

When we replace or refund

The delivered product does not match the approved digital proof.
The product arrives damaged, defective or with a printing fault.
The wrong item or wrong quantity was despatched.

How to raise a claim

Write to support@printorbit.in or call +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
Attach photographs of the product and the packaging so we can assess the fault quickly.
Approved claims are replaced free of charge, or refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before you approve the digital proof.
Once production has started, cancellation is not possible as materials have already been committed.
